 SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT POLICY

We acknowledge that the long-term sustainable development of our suppliers is extremely important to our mutual success, and we value our relationship with suppliers who adopt a similar approach and vision in working together. We aim to foster mutual understanding with our suppliers and provide support on improvement through sustainable procurement practices. While contributing to the adoption of "sustainable development" approach, it is necessary for our suppliers / solution partners; To inform any kind of conflicts of interest that may arise in their professional relationships and allow us to determine the appropriate action in this regard. Suppliers will not accept or offer unlawful payments, donations, bribes, gifts or other improper benefits in order to gain any favor in their business transactions with MERYAN HOTEL. Suppliers must consistently protect and watch over the intellectual property of MERYAN HOTEL – trade secrets and other proprietary, restrictive and sensitive data or information. The data provided by MERYAN HOTEL will only be used for the purposes determined and accepted by MERYAN HOTEL and the supplier. Suppliers must guarantee that their recruitment processes do not allow to discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, disability and similar status. We expect suppliers to comply with applicable regulations and the standards in effect in the sector regarding minimum wage, overtime pay, working hours and breaks. We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws in the countries they operate. We pay attention to our suppliers being domestic and local production/service providers and contribute to the development and economy of the Mediterranean Region where we live. In our agreements, we give priority to our business stakeholders who comply with this philosophy. Together with our suppliers, we strive to create efficient purchasing opportunities and aim to reduce the environmental impacts arising from procurement processes.
